Knee Sleeve Sizing

X-small: to 20 inches
Small: 14-22 inches
Medium: 15-24 inches
Large: 16-26 inches
X-large: 19-28 inches
XX-large: 22-29 inches

Notes on measuring for knee sleeves:

• Measurement to be taken 8 inches above midline of kneecap.    
• Best fit obtained when measurement of leg corresponds to the middle of the 2 numbers.

Wrist Sleeve Sizing

X-small: 5 to 7 inches
Small: 7.25 to 7.75 inches
Medium: 8 to 8.5 inches
Large: 8.75 to 9.25 inches
X-large: 9.5 to 10 inches
XX-large: 10.25 to 10.75 inches

Notes on measuring for wrist sleeves:

• Measure wrist circumference in inches.
• Select appropriate sleeve size.
• Select a smaller size for more compression.
• Select a larger size for less compression.
