Osteoarthritis patients, whether your condition is due to injury or is weight-related, you may have spent considerable time researching the proper brace, only to later find that it is very uncomfortable to wear.

The neoprene components of the brace cause rashes and pull hairs. The hinges pinch your skin when transitioning from a sitting to a standing position. The Velcro causes a rash and chaffing on your unbraced leg.

Dear Anne,

I have been using your Bracesox since 2009. The brace socks are great and they really last! However, just like socks, mine do go AWOL evey once in awhile. I have lost one and need a replacement for it. I also need a couple more now that I need braces for both knees. (After a lifetime of hard work, injuries and being struck by lightening, my knees are shot. Thank goodness I am now retired.)

It is hard to put into words how much difference using a Bracesox under my Donjoy
