Return Policy

At BraceSox™ your comfort and satisfaction are our primary concerns. If you are for any reason dissatisfied, you may return your product within 10 days of receiving your order, for a full refund, less shipping charges. Bracesox™ warrants that the goods to be delivered will be of the kind and quality described in the order or contract and will be free of defects in workmanship or material.

To arrange a return, send an e-mail message to bracesox.returns@gmail.com with this information.

• Date of the order
• Your first and last name
• Reason for the return
• Your choice of refund or replacement

Bracesox™ will generate a Return Merchandise Authorization number, and send it to you via return e-mail. When you receive the RMA number, include it with your product and send it, postage paid, to:

If you select refund, upon receipt of the product your order, less shipping charges, will be refunded.

If you select replacement, upon receipt of the ruturned merchandise, a replacement will be shipped to you.
